- PUBLIC NOTICE/SPECIAL MEETING/PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE VERNON TOWN COUCIL will hold a Public Hearing regarding the Town Amended Budget for 2022-2023 and its Special meeting on Tuesday June, 20 2023 at 7:00 PM at the Vernon Elementary School 70 North Main Street Vernon UT 84080. 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Public Comments 3. Consideration of Signing of Agreement Between Tooele County, Stockton Town, Rush Valley Town, Vernon, Town For Automatic Fire Protection, Special Emergency Operations, and Wildland Fire Response. ( Final Automatic Aid Agreement) 4. Consideration Of Signing Cooperative Agreement Between The Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands and The Town Of Vernon. 5. Approve Check for Missing Part for Wildland Truck (Curtis in the amount of $1,421.50) 6. Approve Amended Budget for 2022-2023 FY 7. Update on Forth Of July. 8. Other Business 9. Adjourn
