- CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA June 7, 2023 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Minutes: Approve May This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda Action Agenda: 1. TSJ requesting a new business license. 2. Kody Holmes would like to request zoning approval and a building permit. 3. Adjourn meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on July 5, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting are invited to notify the Cleveland Town Office 130 W. Main, Cleveland, UT 84518, 435-653-2310 at least 3 working days prior to the meeting.
