- BUDGET HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE The Five County Association of Governments will hold two separate budget hearings. The first budget hearing will be for the Association's FY2023 Final Budget Amendments for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. The second budget hearing will be for the Association's proposed FY2024 budget which will be for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. The public is invited to attend these hearings and provide comments. Written comments may also be sent via e-mail to gzabriskie@fivecounty.utah.gov Comments sent via e-mail must be received before 8:00 a.m. on June 14, 2023 to be considered. The two budget hearings will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, in conjunction with a formal meeting of the Five County Association of Governments Steering Committee, which is the Association's governing body. The Steering Committee's meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. and will be held at Festival Hall (Combined Rooms 5 and 6) located at 96 N. Main St., Cedar City, Utah. Copies of the Association's Final FY2023 Budget Amendments and the Proposed FY2024 Budget are both available for public viewing on-line on the Association's website found at http://www.fivecounty.utah.gov or in-person during the regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Five County Association of Governments office building, located at 1070 West 1600 South, Building B, St. George, Utah.
