- Planning Commission Meeting for the Town of Genola Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The public is invited to attend the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows: 1. Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda to the Planning Commissions' attention. 2. Approval of Minutes for November 3, 2022 3. Planning Commission Chairman Report Public Forum BUSINESS 4. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to the C-1 Commercial Zone for the property owned by Alan Riley parcel # 51.413.0004 and 29.035.0134 located at approximately 742 E Center Street in Genola. a. Motion to Open Public Hearing b. Motion to Close Public Hearing 5. Discussion and possible action on a proposed zone change from A-1 Agricultural to C-1 Commercial Zone for the property owned by Alan Riley Parcel #51.413.0004 and #29.035.0134 located at approximately 742 E Center Street 6. Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for a new home for Chase Bennett located at approximately 412 W 600 S in the F. Mecham Plat F Subdivision Lot 6 Parcel #39.366.0006 7. Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for an accessory building for Chase Bennett located at approximately 412 W 600 S located in the F. Mecham Plat F Subdivision lot 6 Parcel #39.366.0006 8. Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for an addition to a shop for Jose Salas located at 800 E Hwy 6 Parcel #29.036.0042 9. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a new home for Mark & Corrine Andrus located at 1933 N Lake Rd Parcel # 29.016.0030 10. Discussion and possible action on an amendment to the subdivision ordinance #22-08 11. Discussion and possible action on an amendment to the developmental standards ordinance #22-07 12. Commission Comments-possible date for appreciation dinner Motion to adjourn
