- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 4th day of May 2023. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes from March 16 & April 6, 2023. 6- Discussion and possible approval of donating a free swim day to the Outlaw Car Show. 7- Discussion and possible approval of convex mirrors. 8- Discussion and possible approval of the Floodplain Development permit. 9- Discussion and possible approval of tree removal services in the amount of $1,500. 10- Discussion and possible approval of the tentative budget for 2023-2024. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Possible closed session. Adjournment:
