- Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the public safety building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows: 1. Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Minutes for October 19, 2022 3. Approval of Expenditures Total Expenditures: $ 480,418.58 Anderson Law Center: $ 4,925.00 Bankcard Center: $ 3,112.02 Dale Cox 3rd Request: $337,977.94 Franson Civil Engineers: $ 24,988.82 John Cowan: $ 1,965.00 Manny Escoto: $ 500.00 Motorola Solutions: $ 5,386.44 Mountainland Supply: $ 3,337.95 Pelorus Methods: 950.00 Rocky Mountain Power: $ 1,106.51 Ron Gordons Tire: 1,015.00 Santaquin City: $ 10,620.09 State Bank of Southern Utah: $ 84,920.00 Utah County Major Crimes Force: $ 513.81 4. Caleb Rees will present the audit report and financials for the fiscal year 2022. None 5. Commission & Staff Reports Police Chief Report Fire Chief Report Town Council Regular Meeting Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 7:00 pm Planning Commission Report Public Forum Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda to the Mayor and Council's attention. Comments will be limited to a maximum of five (5) minutes at the discretion of the Mayor. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. New Business 6. Discussion and possible action with Chairman John Rosenberger regarding an application for the TAG program. 7. Council Comments Mayor Marty Larson * Appreciation dinner * Proposal for interlocal agreement coming in December Councilmember Hale Robison Councilmember Stan Judd Councilmember Grant Lundberg Councilmember Neil Brown 8. Motion to Adjourn The Town Council may exercise their right under Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-207, to convene and conduct an electronic meeting. To discuss the pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or purchase, exchange, or lease of real property) The Town will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
