- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wendover City Council will conduct the following public hearing at the Wendover City, Tooele County Complex Building at 920 East Wendover Blvd., Wendover, Utah at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 1. Budget Workshop 2023/2024 2. Budget Augmentation 3. A. Three percent (6%) Statutory Employees Wage Increase B. Four Percent (5%) Garbage Increase Residential/ Commercial C. Three Percent (4%) Water Increase Residential/ Commercial D. Three Percent (4%) Sewer Increase Residential/ Commercial All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment upon this proposal. Written comments will also be considered if submitted to the City Clerk/Recorder in advance of the hearing. A copy of the current regulations and the proposed amendments may be reviewed at the Wendover City Offices each weekday before the public hearing, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Persons with disabilities needing accommodations to participate in these hearings should contact Sasha Palafox (435-665-7771) at the Wendover City Offices at least 24 hours in advance of the hearings.
