- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its work meeting on Monday, May 1, 2023. Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. Meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. This meeting is open to the public, but no comments will be taken. 7:00 pm 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 2. ROLL CALL. 3. TRAINING: Open Meetings and Ethics Training by Attorney, Melissa Mellor. 4. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Review of Noise Ordinance Amendments. b. Discussion on Planning Commission. c. Review of Budget Amendments for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2023 and Budget for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2024. 5. ADJOURNMENT. DATED THIS 28th DAY OF APRIL 2023 Patricia Bigler CITY RECORDER In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the Eureka City Office at 435-433-6915 at least three working days prior to the meeting.
