- GARFIELD COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION March 15, 2022 Panguitch Elementary School Regular Meeting, 5:00 PM If necessary, an executive session may be held in accordance with the Utah Code 52-4-205 (Purpose of Closed Meetings). One or more members of the Board may participate telephonically in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-207 (Electronic Meetings). Note: Board meeting schedule subject to change. The purpose of the open meetings provisions is to ensure that public bodies 'take their actions openly' and 'conduct their deliberations openly' Code 52-4-102(2), with the knowledge of the public.
