- PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING THE LISTS OF UNCLAIMED RIGHTS OF RECORD FOR THE SOUTHEASTERN COLORADO RIVER DRAINAGE, SAN JUAN RIVER DIVISION, NAVAJO NATION SUBDIVISION (AREA NO. 09, BOOK 1) Who: Water Users within the Navajo Nation Subdivision area. When: June 13, 2023, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Where: Aneth Chapter House located on SR 162 near Riverside Ct. in Aneth Purpose: The State Engineer has prepared the List of Unclaimed Rights of Record for the Navajo Nation Subdivision (09-1) in the Southeastern Colorado River General Adjudication (pursuant to Utah Code § 73-4-9.5). The List of Unclaimed Rights is available electronically in PDF format on the Division of Water Rights website at the following address: http://www.waterrights.utah.gov/pdbooks/NavajoLUR. In light of the publication of the List of Unclaimed Rights of Record, the public is invited to a public meeting. Representatives from the Division of Water Rights will be available during this time to review the adjudication process, discuss the list of unclaimed rights within the area, and answer questions. A recording of the public meeting will be viewable on-line at http://www.waterrights.utah.gov/meetinfo/oldmeet.asp. Questions and comments may be sent via email to WaterRights_Adjudication@utah.gov. Information from the meeting will be posted on the Utah Division of Water Rights website at http://waterrights.utah.gov as a resource for those who are unable to view the meeting live or require additional information.
