- Kanosh Town Council meeting through the following electronic means: Live Video Feed Link: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/776560013 Conference Call: Call #: 1(786)535-3211 ID #: 776-560-013 - KANOSH TOWN CORPORATION - NOTICE AND AGENDA Note: Notice is hereby given that the Kanosh Town Council will hold a public hearing prior to the regularly scheduled meeting Wednesday, January 11, 2023, @7:00 p.m. to discuss Ordinance #011123 an ordinance establishing Kanosh Town Culinary Water Rates and fees, and Electrical rate increase. - Notice is hereby given that the Kanosh Town Council will hold its regular Kanosh Town Council meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2023, in the Kanosh Town Hall located at - 55 North Main Street, Kanosh, Utah. WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER OF REGULAR KANOSH TOWN PUBLIC MEETING Mayor Scott McDonald a. Invocation -Audience invited to participate. b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Approval of minutes from the previous meeting d. Approval of payment of Warrants for the current meeting e. CERT: Geri Minton f. Fire Department: Lorin Shumway Fire Chief g. Planning and Zoning: *Building Permits Action: Proceed as recommended * Fee structure schedule *Utility connection fee forms Action: Proceed as recommended REVIEW, DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON .... Shonda Robinson: Annexation of her property Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Follow up on Public hearing addressing electrical rate increase given the electrical grid supply issues Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Follow up on Public hearing Ordinance #011123 an ordinance establishing Kanosh Town Culinary Water Rates and fees Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Kanosh Town Treasurer DeniAnn Whitaker: Utility Delinquency notification forms: Action: Discussion /approval as directed by Council members Waterways or alternatives: Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members COUNCIL REPORT ON DEPARTMENTS: i.e. park, cemetery, electrical, roads, & water Utility Delinquency Review: PUBLIC COMMENTS (Three Minute Limitation Each) FOLLOW UP ON OLD BUSINESS Corn Creek Project Update Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Culinary Well Project update Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members CLOSED SESSION (if necessary) to DISCUSS one or more of the following: the character, professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual; collective bargaining pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, the sale of real property, including any form of water rights or water shares, deployment of security personnel, devices or systems investigative proceedings regarding allegations of misconduct. ACTION ON CLOSED SESSION ADJOURN In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for these meetings should call the City Offices at 435-759-2415, giving at least 48 hours advance notice. Meetings of the Kanosh Town Council may be conducted by electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Annotated, Section 52-4-207. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained by telephone or other electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Kanosh Town resolution 061318 [electronic meetings. CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY The undersigned duly appointed Town Recorder certifies that a copy of the forgoing 'Notice and Agenda' was delivered to each member of the Kanosh Town Council, posted in 4 separate locations in Kanosh Town and published on the Utah Public Meeting Notice
