- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington County Water Conservancy District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at 6:00 pm at 533 E. Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah, to consider levying the annual contract assessment for water exchange contracts in the Kolob area for 2022 in the amount of $375 per 1/4 acre foot for all petitioners. Most petitioners are already charged $375 per 1/4 acre foot. This hearing will include the Board of Trustees considering increasing the annual assessment from $200 per 1/4 acre foot to $375 per 1/4 acre foot. ___________________________________ Roberta McMullin, Secretary
