- Boulder Town Planning Commission will hold a special meeting and public hearing on Monday, May 22, at 5:30 pm. The meeting and hearing will be held at the Boulder Town Community Center, as well as electronically via Zoom connection. (Connection information, as well as documentation on the applications, will be provided on the Planning Commission's meetings web page and on the Utah Public Meeting Notice site.) Commissioners will discuss plans for upcoming Community Meeting on Attainable Housing, scheduled for June 15. The hearing is to receive factual public comment regarding a Preliminary Application for Subdivision on property owned by Jacqui Smalley, Lot 70, 100 W 100 N. The landowners within 300 feet of the subject property have been expressly invited to provide information that may be of use to the applicant or the Planning Commission, such as historical notes, access and easements, services and utilities, leach fields and drainage, or any other pertinent information.
