- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a work meeting on the 21st day of April 2023. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Discussion on the 2023-2024 budget. Adjournment
