- BLUFFDALE ARTS ADVISORY BOARD MEETING AGENDA Tuesday, March 28, 2023 Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale Arts Advisory Board will hold a meeting Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 8:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible. REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING 1. Welcome and Roll Call 2. Report on Seussical 3. Discussion Items: a. Upcoming Summer shows i. Julie - The Play That Went Wrong, June 15-24, 2023 - needs? ii. Kara - Kids Theatre - Provide detailed plan. iii. Kerry / Malinda - Musical Review, August 1-3, 2023 (HVMS June 15 through August 10) iv. Fall - Kelsha - October (HVMS between October 15 through November 15) b. Arts Event? c. New Board Members (resumes emailed previously) d. City Budgets (DUE this weekend) e. ZAP Grant DUE April 28, 2023 - need your input 4. Other Business 5. Scheduling of next Bluffdale Arts Advisory Board Meeting 6.
