- COALVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will hold its Regular Meeting on Monday, November 21, 2022, at the Coalville City Hall, 10 North Main, Coalville, Utah. The meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M. It is encouraged for those wishing to participate or watch the meeting to do so by using the Zoom meeting information provided below. When attending virtually, you must sign in with your full name to be eligible to give comment on the Public Hearing. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. WORK SESSION a) Review and Discussion: North Summit Recreation District Plat Amendment and Public Street Vacation, South of Indian Hills Phase 1 & 2, (Parcels IH-3-IH-64-X) b) Review and Discussion: Lazy J Boat Rental, Storage, and Repair Final Site Plan and Construction Drawings, 62 W. Center Street (Parcel CT-375) 5. Continued Review And Discussion: General Plan Updates 6. Continued Review And Discussion: Zoning Map Updates 9. Community Development Director Updates 10. Planning Commission Updates 11. Review and Possible Approval of Minutes 12. Adjournment * Coalville City reserves the right to change the order of the meeting agenda as needed.
