- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to change the zoning from PD-AP (Planned Development Administrative Professional) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 1.56 acres. The property is generally located north of 2000 N Street and east of Tuweap Drive. The applicant is Rosenberg Associates and the representative is Jared Bates. The project is known as The Preserve at Tuweap. Case No. 2026-ZC-018.
