- PUBLIC NOTICE is herby given that the Fillmore City Council of Fillmore, Utah will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 6:35 p.m. at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Steet in Fillmore, to consider amending the Fillmore City code relating to code enforcement procedures and penalties. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed budget amendments. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and make comments. Contact Information: Kevin Orton, City Recorder 435-743-5233. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
