- Notice is hereby given to the members of the Hildale City Council and to the public that the City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 6:00 PM at Hildale City Hall, 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale, Utah 84784. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for these meetings should contact Hildale City at (435) 874-2323, giving at least 48 hours notice. One or more members may participate electronically. The anchor location for this meeting is Hildale City Hall, 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale, Utah 84784. 1. Welcome, Introduction and Preliminary Matters Mayor 2. Roll Call of Council Attendees City Recorder 3. Pledge of Allegiance By invitation of the Mayor 4. Conflict of Interest Disclosures Mayor and Council Members 5. New Council Business Jerry Postema 5a. Water Bond Hearing . Public hearing and consideration Jerry Postema Public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (i) the issuance of the Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2026 and (ii) any potential economic impact that the project to be financed with the proceeds of the Series 2026 Bonds may have on the private sector. Staff recommends the approval of the Water Revenue Bond 5b. Well 25 & 26 Outfitting Project Consider Approval of funding from the Water Fund above the CDBG Grant for the Well 25 & 26 Outfitting Project, not to exceed $50,000.00. We are working on a resolution for Arizona and Utah to get the funds adopted and start the project by November 1, 2026. 6. Adjournment Mayor
