- Woodland Hills City Planning Commission October 21, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, or virtually via Zoom. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs.) Please check the Woodland Hills City Website at www.woodlandhills-ut.gov for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. Agenda 1. Call to Order- Chairman Wayne Frandsen 2. Invocation- By Invitation 3. Pledge- By Invitation 4. Public Comment- Comments are limited to two minutes or less. Only in-person comments will be included as part of the official record. Business and Discussion 5. Approval of the minutes of the September 16, 2026, Planning Commission meeting. 6. Clarifying the side yard setback for accessory buildings and aligning 10.11.2C with 10.11.2A and 10.11.12B. 7. Ordinance review and possible changes to 10.10B.6 (Mountain Villa Overlay), and scheduling a public hearing. 8. Review of the November Planning Commission meeting date. 9. Miscellaneous. No action will be taken on issues raised in this section.
