- Lake Point City Council Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that Lake Point City Council will hold a public meeting. Council members may participate electronically in accordance with the City's electronic meeting policy. Date: Wednesday, October 21, 2026 Place: Lake Point Fire Station 1528 Sunset Rd Lake Point, UT 84074 Time: 6:00 PM 1. Opening Formalities A. Call to Order B. Prayer C. Pledge of Allegiance D. Presiding Officer E. Attendance Roll Call 2. Legal Training/Clarification 3. Staff Report 4. Public Comment- This is the time for any person to address the Council on any topic not on the agenda for Public Hearing. Public Hearing agenda items will have a separate comment period during the public hearing agenda item. Any written comments may be provided to the City Recorder before or during the public comment time frame. 5. Approve the Minutes A. 10.07.2026 6. Reports/Presentations A. Treasurer Report/ Summary Budget Report B. Quarterly Detailed Budget Report 7. Discussion Items (No Vote) A. Traffic Study Discussion 8. Action/Business Items A. Evaluation Committee consider Request for Proposal (RFP) for an As-Needed Planner and if they would like interviews to be scheduled. B. Evaluation Committee consider recommendation to the City Council for the Request for Proposal (RFP) for an As-Needed Planner. C. Council consider increasing the plan for the reoccurring charge for ink for city printer. D. Council consider awarding and begin contract negotiations in relation to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for an As-Needed Planner E. Council consider procurement for an Accountant for the city 9. Council Updates A. Committee Updates B. Kirk Pearson C. Lori Chigbrow D. Kathleen VonHatten E. Kirk Trimble F. Ryan Zumwalt 10. Public Comment 11. Closed Session- if needed for purposes listed under Utah Code 52-4-205 12.
