The following agenda items will be considered: A. Invocation. B. Adopt Agenda. C. Adopt Minutes of Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting held Wednesday, September 16, 2026. D. Present Request to Allow New Construction of Habitable Accessory Structure-Bryan Anderson. E. Discuss Road Layout for Steele's Subdivision. F. Discuss Town's Policy for Grid Alignment. G.
