- Nephi City Council Work Session Agenda 13 October 2026 7:00 p.m. Work Session Items: Request for naming of the Gun Range Golf Course Project Update - An overview of the current golf course expansion project. Sewer Rates - Revisit the sewer rate plan presented in the City Council last week for additional feedback from the City Council. Dividend Transfer Options - More details on the utility rate plan to fund additional dividend transfers to the General Fund. This will provide an alternative option to fund the police station construction project. Administration Updates Central Utah 911 Changes Airport Grant City Council Updates Motion to convene into Closed Meeting- Discussion of the character and competence of an individual, collective bargaining, litigation, real property, water shares, security systems, investigative proceedings, deliberations, information regarding trade secrets, procurement process.
