- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sunset City Planning Commission will hold a meeting on October 08, 2026 at Sunset City Hall, 200 W. 1300 N. Sunset, Utah. Said meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. If you have information or items for the Board's consideration, it is necessary that the information is furnished at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled meeting to give the needed time to study your request. The agenda shall be as follows: A. WELCOME & ROLL CALL B. PUBLIC COMMENT This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to three minutes per person. Please note that no action(s) will be taken during public comment. C. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approval of Minutes - September 10, 2026 D. PUBLIC HEARING 2. Public Hearing: To Solicit Input from Sunset City Residents in regards to Ordinance No. 2026-06: Amending Section 10-12-1, 'Accessory Dwelling Units,' of Chapter 12, 'Accessory Dwelling Units,' of Title 10 of the Sunset City Municipal Code E. ACTION ITEMS 3. Recommend to City Council to add Ordinance No. 2026-06: Amending Section 10-12-1, 'Accessory Dwelling Units,' of Chapter 12, 'Accessory Dwelling Units,' of Title 10 of the Sunset City Municipal Code 4. YESCO Media - Billboard Relocation to 2609 N. Main St. - Discuss and Consider Approval of Conditional Use Permit 5. Alan Blood -52 W. 1425 N. - Business Licensing - Discuss and Consider Approval of Conditional Use Permit 6. Discuss & Approve Amending Form-Based Code to Include a Requirement for Commercial to be Completed prior to Residential in Mixed-Use Districts 7.
