- MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER & SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public meeting at the District Clerk's Office located at 3923 N Wolf Creek Dr, Eden, UT 84310, commencing on October 20, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. All Board Members and staff will be participating as Zoom participants ID #3278889056. Please send email comments to jstrong@pmwsid.gov or info@pmwsid.gov The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Andrew Stark B. Public Comment C. Treasurer's Report D. Approval of Consent Items: a. Request for approval - reviewed financials b. Request for approval - Invoices presented for Payment in the amount of $137,580.73 c. Request for the approval of the meeting minutes: i. September 11, 2026 ii. September 15, 2026 E. Business Items: a. Review: System Chlorination - Manager Recommendation & DDW Level 2 Assessment b. Request for Approval - Application for Irrigation - Randy Shumway c. Request for Approval - Powder Mountain Resolution Office of the State Treasurer Public Entity Resolution Form AND PTIF Resolution Form. d. IT Services Transition and Opportunities for Operational Collaboration with Powder Contractor - Draft Report e. Review: Proposed Budget to be presented at public hearing November 17, 2026. F. District Manager Update a. Review: PMW Water Disruption Incident and Remediation to Date G. Request for motion to adjourn the public meeting for a closed strategy session to discuss employment matters, the acquisition of real property, including any form of water right, and any pending or reasonably imminent litigation. H. Request for motion to reconvene public meeting I. Action Items J.
