- Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. Invocation- Public Comments: (Items not on agenda - comments limited to 3 minutes. No motion will be made.) (1) Review minutes of September 17, 2026: correction or approval. (2) Unfinished business of previous meeting's discussion: Rate Study - LRB - Updated presentation numbers: future COA (3) Review and Approval: September financials- Billing Register Summary, YTD financials, Balance Sheet and Check Register (a) Discussion to approve September 2026 bills (4) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: Matt to brief (b) 2026 Projects: Osmond Dr - Progress report 2027 Potential projects (c) Admin: Budget Prep (d) Public Relations: (e) Employee H/R Discussion: Employee Handbook - Momentum HR update: approve or correct (7) Possible Closed Meeting - (Concerning Pending & Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, Deployment or Personnel Issues). (8) Other Items: (a) Next meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 5:30 pm. (b) Holiday Party scheduled for Wednesday, December 30th at 6:00 pm.
