- 1. Welcome - Mayor Troy D. Prestwich - Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance - Roll call of Council Members - Conflict of Interest Disclosures: Council members shall identify any item on the current agenda for which they have a conflict of interest or personal interest. 2. PUBLIC HEARING to provide citizens with pertinent information about the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and to allow for discussion of possible applications. This public hearing will cover eligible activities, program requirements, and expected funding allocations in the region. The CDBG Program can fund a broad range of activities, including, but not limited to construction of public works and facilities, e.g., water and sewer lines, fire stations, acquisition of real property, and provision of public services such as food banks or homeless shelters. 3. Community Development Block Grant 4. Opening and review of submitted RFP #2026-10 Cemetery Lawn Maintenance Proposals 5. Water Leak & Sewer Adjustment Policy and Water Leak & Sewer Adjustment Application Form 6. Miscellaneous Planning Services (As Needed Basis) Agreement / Jones & DeMille Engineering 7. Discussion regarding building located at 40 South 200 West - possible grant funding 8. Ashley Grundy - Activities update 9. Meeting Minutes September 17, 2026 10. Financials 11. Council Report Craig Draper Thayne Atkinson Cherrie Green Jake Bagley Kevin Taylor 12. Mayor's Report - UDOT report regarding the crosswalks along HWY 132 and HWY 116 - Crack seal and Chip Project 13. Adjourn The agenda is a guide and may change; items may be discussed or voted on out of order at the discretion of the Mayor. NO decisions may be made during the meeting if the item is not specifically on the agenda.
