- PUBLIC HEARING: The West Haven City Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, the 28th Day of October, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hour of 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, for the purpose of receiving public input on amending the Zoning Map from C-1 to C-2 (5.042 acres) for 3535 W 2550 S Parcels 150880019, 150880037, 150880038, 150880050. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Public comment can be made in person and digitally via Zoom https://us06web.zoom.us/j/86539464549. Written comments may be mailed to 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, UT 84401 or emailed to jamieb@westhavenut.gov by 4:30 PM on October 28th, 2026. All written comments will be provided to the Planning Commission and City Council. Summary: The C-1 Zone is a neighborhood commercial zoning, designed to provide limited commercial services within neighborhood areas. This zone has more restrictions on building height, setbacks, and uses than other commercial zones. C-2 Zone is a community commercial zone and is designed to provide a range of commercial uses greater than that of C-1. It has fewer restrictions on uses, setbacks, and building heights. The full zoning standard for C-1 and C-2 can be found in West Haven City Code § 157.290-§ 157.296.
