- AMENDED AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Magna City Council will hold a meeting for presentation, discussion, and possible action at 6:00 PM on the 22nd day of September 2026 at the Broadway Building, 3151 South Broadway Street (7700 West) Magna, Utah as follows: ** Portions of the meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. 6:00 PM - PUBLIC MEETING 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. Determine Quorum 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS (Limited to 2 minutes per person) Anyone who wants to speak on an item that is not on the public hearing agenda must sign up and will be called in order. Please state your name. Council Members will not respond during public comments, but city staff will follow up if needed. Comments are limited to two (2) minutes. 5. CONSENT AGENDA A.
