Declaration of Conflict of Interest - By Motion 3. Approve agenda - By Motion 4. Adopt minutes of the September 9, 2026, regular Town Board meeting - By Motion 5. Open public hearing - Dakota Veater, Mayor 6. Receive public comments concerning the following: a) Petition to Vacate Road - a portion of the road on 200 East that borders property owned by Trevor and Lauren Gage (235 North 200 East) in Paragonah - By Motion b) Petition to Vacate Road - a portion of the road on 200 East that borders property owned by Nancy and Tony Dalton (240 North 200 East) and Shawn and Missy Robinson (21 East 200 North)- By Motion 7. Close public hearing - By Motion 8. Make decision concerning Road Vacate requests as discussed in the public hearing: a) Ordinance 26-4, An Ordinance Approving the Vacation of a Portion of the Road Located on the West Side of 200 East Between 200 North and 300 North, Paragonah, Utah - By Motion b) Ordinance 26-5, An Ordinance Approving the Vacation of a Portion of the Road Located on the East Side of 200 East Between 200 North and 300 North, Paragonah, Utah - By Motion 9. Present idea for revising the Conditional Use Permit ordinance for business licenses- Sharrah Brewster, Town Treasurer 10. Discuss request from realtor to repair sidewalk in front of the David Gray home on Main Street due to safety hazard - Jayne Stones, Town Clerk 11. Mayor's Report - Dakota Veater a) Discuss hiring new meter reader and summer help. b) Discuss and make decision concerning Interlocal Solid Waste Service Agreement with Enoch City which includes an increase in garbage fee from $10.50 to $12.00 per month - By Motion c) Discuss Planning Commission duties and chain of command with the Town Board. 12. Water Department Report - Mike Abbott 13. Power/Fire Department Reports - Travis Isaacson a) Sam and Sarah Burgett - Request permission to run power to their accessory building - By Motion Paragonah Town Board Public Hearing/Regular Meeting Agenda October 14, 2026 Page 2 14. Roads/Park/Building Department - Todd Memmott a) Discuss CIB funds awarded to Paragonah in the amount of $1575000 ($638,000 loan for 10 years @ 1% and a $937000 grant for road improvements project) and make decision if necessary - By Motion 15.
