Matters for discussion follow. 1) Welcome & Pledge of Allegiance 2) Approval of Minutes 3) Public Hearing Relating to the Issuance of up to $175 Millon of Water Revenue Bonds; and Related Matters 4) Consideration of Bond Resolution Relating to the General Obligation Bond 5) Consideration of Supplemental Resolution Relating to Water Revenue and Refunding Bonds 6) Consideration of Approval of 1st Quarter Fiscal Year 2027 Financial Report 7) Consideration of Approval of Petitions for Water Contracts, Transfers of Water, and Cancellations 8) Water Supply Report 9) Consideration of Approval of the Design Contract for the Davis North Water Treat Plant Upgrades 10) Consideration of Approval of the Interlocal Agreement With Central Weber Sewer Improvement District 11) Consideration of Approval of the Delivery and Coordination Agreement with Huntsville Irrigation Company 12) General Manager's Report 13) Other Business 14) Closed Session: Discussion on Purchase of Water, Possible Litigation, Property Purchase, and Personnel Matters
