Roll Call 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes A. Members will review and consider for approval the meeting minutes for August 5, 2026, Reinvestment Advisory Committee. 3. Announcements by the Staff A. Members will receive an update on departmental and staff matters. 4. Business A. Rio Grande District Phase One Public Improvements- Wayne Mills - Senior Project Manager, Marcus Lee - Project Coordinator, Cara Lindsley - Deputy Director. Committee Members will receive a briefing on Phase One improvements to the Rio Grande District, including construction and maintenance financing. 5. Adjournment People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation no later than 48 hours in advance to attend this Reinvestment Advisory Committee.
