- NOTICE OF DRAFT CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) Lehi City CDBG Program October 10, 2026 Lehi City has prepared its Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for fiscal year 2025. This report details the progress made in carrying out the strategic goals and objectives identified in the Consolidated Plan and the Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and other HUD-funded programs. The Draft CAPER summarizes accomplishments for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. It provides information on program income, funds expended, and outcomes/outputs for each CDBG-funded activity, as well as an assessment of the jurisdiction's performance in relation to its established goals. Public Review and Comment Period: The Draft CAPER will be available for a 15-day public review and comment period from October 10, 2026, to October 26, 2026, at the following locations: MAG Community Development Department: 586 E 800 N, Orem, Utah 84097 Online: https://magutah.gov/lehicdbg/ Public Hearing: A public hearing to receive comments on the Draft CAPER will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM at 586 E 800 N, Orem, Utah 84097. The public is invited to attend and provide comments.
