- THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GRANGER-HUNTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Trustees that Granger-Hunter Improvement District will hold a Board Meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at its main office located at 2888 South 3600 West, West Valley City, Utah. Trustees and members of the public are able to attend this meeting in person or electronically through www.ghid.gov. Agenda A. GENERAL 1. Call to order - Welcome - Report those present for the record 2. Public Comments 3. Consider approval of the September 8, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes 4. Discuss potential conflicts of interest B. OUR COMMUNITY 1. Rocky Mountain Power Emergency Management Introductions. 2. Review, Discuss and Consider Adoption of the 2027 Tentative Budget. 3. Consider Date for Public Hearing Regarding Rate and Fee Increase and 2027 Budget. 4. Discussion of responsibilities and activity of our appointed Central Valley Water Reclamation Board member and approval of receiving compensation, as per Utah Code 11-13-403. C. OUR TEAM 1. Jordan Valley Conservancy District water contract discussion. D. OUR OPERATIONS 1. October 1st, 2026, Audit Committee Review a. Discuss Fraud Risk Assessment b. Discuss and approve 2026 Audit Engagement with K&C, CPAs c. Discuss additional items during the October 1st meeting as needed 2. Review and discuss Financial Report for September 2026. 3. Department Highlights a. Water Maintenance b. Wastewater Maintenance 4. Consider approval for a renewal of Sensus Analytics to Mountainland Supply in the amount of $68,911.38. 5. Consider approval of a change order to VanCon Inc. for the 25H: East Rec & Decker North Improvements Project in the amount of $85,416.12. 6. Consider approval of a property dedication at the Watts Well No. 18 site for public right-of-way associated with the 23L: Watts Well No. 18 Equipping Project. 7. Consider approval of the 5400 West Waterline betterment agreement with UDOT in the amount of $121,560.00 and authorize the General Manager to revise the agreement, subject to Legal Counsel review. 8. Consider approval of an amendment to the Water System Cost Contribution Agreement with Arcadia SP, Inc. in the amount of $210,302.00. E. CLOSED SESSION F.
