Updates to the Planned Development Ordinance 20 minutes Aaron Barlow, Senior Planner, Community & Neighborhoods, will provide an overview of proposed amendments to the Planned Development Ordinance. b. The Blocks Overview & Programming Review 20 minutes Lucas Horns, Program Director of The Blocks, Downtown Alliance, will provide an overview of The Blocks programming and review of 2026. c. Proposed Recommendations to Grant Eligibility Target Map 5 minutes Board Member Jocelyn Kearl will provide an overview of proposed recommendations to Housing Stabilities' Community Block Grant target area map. 7.
