- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Public notice is hereby given that the Hideout Planning Commission will hold an electronic Public Hearing on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., for the following purpose: 1. Discuss and make a recommendation to Town Council regarding an amendment of the Official Town of Hideout Zoning Map to rezone parcels 00-0020-8182 and 00-0020-8184 (the 'Bloom in Hideout' Development) from Mountain (M) zone to Neighborhood Mixed Use (NMU), Residential 3 (R3), Residential 6 (R6), Mountain Residential (MR), Residential 20 (R20), and Neighborhood Preservation (NP) The Hideout Town Council will hold a subsequent Public Hearing on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. for the following purpose: 1. Discuss and consider an approval of an amendment to the Official Town of Hideout Zoning Map to rezone parcels 00-0020-8182 and 00-0020-8184 (the 'Bloom in Hideout' Development) from Mountain (M) zone to Neighborhood Mixed Use (NMU), Residential 3 (R3), Residential 6 (R6), Mountain Residential (MR), Residential 20 (R20), and Neighborhood Preservation (NP) All meetings will be an electronic meeting without an anchor location pursuant to Mayor Rubin's and Planning Chair Matyszczyk's No Anchor Site Determination Letters. Public comments are welcome and can be made by dialing or logging into Zoom Conferencing using the following: Dial-In: 1-408-638-0986 Meeting ID: 435 659 4739 Meeting URL: https://zoom.us/j/4356594739 Public comments may also be sent via email to hideoututah@hideoututah.gov. All comments will be distributed to the Planning Commission members and legislative body and entered into public record. Comments must be received prior to the meeting start time in order to be considered. Additionally, live stream and recordings of these meetings may be accessed via YouTube at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKdWnJad-WwvcAK75QjRb1w/ *Please note: No public comment will be taken via YouTube. This Courtesy Notice was sent to all private property owners and affected entities pursuant to Utah State Code 10-9a-205. Pursuant to Utah State Code 10-9a-205, the owner of real property may, no later than ten (10) days after the day of the first public hearing (May 18, 2023), file a written objection to the inclusion of the owner's property in the proposed zoning map amendment. That objection should be filed at Hideout Town Hall, located at 10860 N Hideout Trail, Hideout, UT 84036. Each written objection filed with the municipality will be provided to the municipal legislative body. The Zoning Map Amendment is attached, or can be viewed at www.hideoututah.gov.
