- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. The agenda shall be as follows: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. CITIZEN COMMENTS. (Citizens who wish to address the Council may do so at this time. All comments will be documented in the minutes, however, no action can be taken at this meeting due to not being on the agenda. Any item requiring a vote will need to be placed on the next regular Council Meeting Agenda.) Limited to three minutes. DISCUSSION ITEMS/ACTION ITEMS. 1. Jess Peterson, Community Advisor. 2. Dan Fechner, Jones & DeMille. 3. Kathy Campbell, CUP for 321 W. Main Street. 4. Street Signs, Sidewalk and Cemetery Memorial Project. 5. Purchase of Mini Excavator and Trailer Rent or Buy With B&C Road Funding. 6. Declaration of certain City Equipment and Miscellaneous Tools as Surplus. 7. CDBG Income Surveys. CONSENT AGENDA. 1. Approval of Consent Agenda Items. A. Minutes from September 14, 2026, City Council Meeting. B. Minutes from Special Council Meeting on October 7, 2026. C. Treasurer's Report for September 2026. D.
