- Town of Mantua Council Agenda October 15,2026 Held at Mantua Town Hall Zoom Link: Join Zoom Meeting (Meeting ID: 534 445 1073) YouTube/@townofmantua Time: 6:30 PM REGULAR MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mantua Town Council, Utah, will hold its Regular Meeting in person at the Mantua Town Hall, located at 409 North Main St. Mantua, Utah, on Thursday October 15,2026. 1. CALL TO ORDER Roll Call Invocation or Thought Pledge of Allegiance 2. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES Approve minutes for the PUBLIC HEARING: 2006 and 2024 Utah Wildland-Urban Interface Code held on September 17th, 2026. Approve minutes for the Town Council Regular Meeting held on September 17th, 2026. 3. CONSIDERATION TO PAY BILLS Motion and vote to approve bills signed on October 15, 2026. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT Public comments are limited to matters not otherwise listed on the agenda. The Council may listen but may not take action on items raised during public comment. Time limits are at the discretion of the mayor. 5. PRESENTATIONS & INFORMATIONAL ITEMS None 6. ACTION ITEMS Business License Presenter: Patti Seffker Considerations for a Harmonic Balancer or Electronic Filter for a New Well Presenter: Marcus Abel, Public Works Director Bank Transfers Presenter:Ronald Wallace, Finance Manager 7. DEPARTMENT UPDATES Planning and Zoning: Pam Eaves Public Works: Marcus Abel 9. FOLLOW-UP ITEMS FOR NOVEMBER MEETING 10. ADJOURNMENT Motion and vote to adjourn the meeting.
