- The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan City Office (2525 North 600 East), North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw The agenda is as follows: 1. Opening Ceremony * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda Opening Business * Proclamation - Recognition of the North Logan Library * Recognition of Exemplary Staff Member * Reports from Public Safety Officials * Review of Strategic Directives and Action Items Consent Items * Consider approval of minutes of previous City Council meetings Current Action Items 2. 6:35pm Public Hearing to receive input regarding proposed updates to the Master Fee Schedule related to tiered water fees and fines. Following the public hearing, the City Council may consider a resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule. 3. Consideration of a proposed Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) and Master Development Plan (Ashbourne Development) of a 9.90 acre parcel located on the northeast corner of 2200 N and 400 E (Parcel ID: 04-061-0037) from the Residential (R-1-12) zone to the Mixed-Use City Center (MX-CC) zone (East Side Transition). 4. Consider an ordinance updating the North Logan City Utility Services Application and Agreement (Residential/Institutional/Commercial). 5. Consider approval of the North Logan Stormwater Masterplan. 6. Consider the release of the warranty bond for Trapper Substation Subdivision (100E 1947N). City Council Work Session Items 7. Updates regarding North Logan's water capital improvement projects. 8. Updates on Civic Center. 9. Reports from City officers, boards, and committees. 10. Mayor item updates and coordination with legislators, ULCT, Fire District, CMPO, COG, CWC, RAPZ, Recreation Center Committee, Public Communication,...etc.
