- 1 NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE DAVIS COUNTY BUDGET COMMITTEE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Davis County Budget Committee, Farmington, Utah, will hold a Committee Meeting at 61 S Main Street, Room #306, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 1:00 PM on October 6, 2026. All meetings are open to the public and held in Room #306 unless otherwise noted. Times are approximate and subject to change. OPENING 1. ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES AGENDA ITEMS 3. Health Department - 1:00 PM - recommended by Brian Hatch, Director 4. Davis Behavioral Health - 1:30 PM - recommended by Brandon Hatch 5. Children's Justice Center - 2:00 PM - recommended by Julie Stephenson, Children's Justice Center Director 6. Attorney and Victim Services - 2:30 PM - recommended by Troy Rawlings, County Attorney 7. Library - 3:00 PM - recommended by Joshua Johnson, Director 8. Justice Court - 4:00 PM - recommended by Jc Ynchausti, Justice Court Judge CLOSED SESSION If needed, the meeting may be closed for reasons permitted under Utah Code Annotated ยง52-4-205.
