Briefings by the Staff 5 minutes a. Report from the Director. Ms. Reichgelt will provide updates on the work of the Department of Economic Development to the Board. 4. Business Items a. North Temple Economic Action Plan 20 minutes Jake Maxwell, Deputy Director of Economic Development, will present deliverables from the North Temple Economic Action Plan to the Board. b. Council Chair Petro 25 minutes Victoria Petro, City Council Chair, will join the Board to receive feedback from the Board in response the Board's letter to the Mayor and City Council. 5. City Council Announcements - Austin Kimmel 10 minutes a. Quiet-zone Related Closure b. Jordan River Fairpark District c. Updates to the City's Building Code regarding Boarded Buildings d. Ranked Choice Voting e. Economic Development Loan Fund - Frontier Fruit, LLC f. Last Council meeting of 2024 was December 10. Next meeting and first meeting of 2025 will be January 7. 6. BAB Member Announcements 15 minutes a. 2025 BAB elections January 8. b. BAB member renewals for 2025. Adjournment
