- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a meeting on the 8th day of October 2026 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from September 10, 2026. 2. Permits/Business Licenses - Business Licenses: Cache Service & Supply LLC - 87 W. 200 S. - Outstanding Building/Zoning Permits: 3. Business - Center Street - Building Concept Plan - Ken Hammon - Minor Subdivision Application - William Taylor: Parcel# 15-042-0033 - Code Changes Discussion - ADU Discussion - Commissioner Training / Q&A 4. Public Comment 5.
