- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A MEETING OF THE KANE COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATING COUNCIL *************************************** PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kane County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council will hold a regular meeting in the Meeting Room at the Emergency Management Building, 2378 S Hwy 89a St., Kanab Utah on Wednesday March 15, 2023 at the hour of 3:30 P.M. *The meeting Chair, in her discretion, may accept public comment on any listed agenda item unless more notice is required by the Open and Public Meetings Act. CALL MEETING TO ORDER WELCOME PUBLIC COMMENT REGULAR SESSION: 1. Introduction of Council Members 2. Review of and discussion on purpose and duties of the Kane County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council 3. Discussion on creation of bylaws to include rules of order and procedure 4. Consideration and adoption of Policy for electronic participation in meetings 5. Open meetings act training discussion 6. Domestic Violence Lethality assessment 7. Presentation and Discussion on Utah Association of Counties (UAC) Resources for CJCC - Stephen Hunter NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Candi Crofts at (435) 644-4981.
