CLOSED SESSION: If needed 7. ADJOURN: 2:00 p.m. The Board welcomes constructive input from citizens interested in any or all matters related to the agency and the clients we serve. Regular NCC Board meetings are open to the public. Citizens wishing to be placed on the agenda to communicate with the Board at a public board meeting must make a request in writing to the Executive Director two (2) weeks in advance. The request must include the person's name, current address and phone number, and must include a brief statement as to the nature of the item or items they wish to address. The Executive Director and Board Chairperson will consider and set the items for inclusion on the agenda. Confidential client or personnel matters cannot be discussed in open board meetings. For a copy of this policy, please contact our office. Anyone with a disability requiring special accommodations to fully participate in this meeting should contact Northeastern Counseling Center at 435 725-6300 three (3) working days prior to the meeting to request reasonable accommodations. CLOSED SESSION is for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; collective bargaining; litigation; purchase, exchange, or lease of real property.
