- October 7, 2026 7:00 p.m. City Council Chambers, Taylorsville City Hall 2600 West Taylorsville Blvd. Taylorsville, Utah 84129 Notice is hereby given that the Redevelopment Agency of Taylorsville City will convene in a Redevelopment Agency Board Meeting on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable, in the Council Chambers, located at 2600 West Taylorsville Blvd., Taylorsville, Utah 84129. The agenda is as follows: CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approval Of Regular Meeting Minutes of September 16, 2026 REGULAR AGENDA 1. Closed Session (Conference Room 202) - For the Purpose(s) Described in U.C.A. 52-4-205 (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, or to discuss a proposed development agreement, project proposal, or financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the state or a political subdivision. Reconvene Open Session in Council Chambers 2. Public discussion on the disposition of public property as outlined in UCA 11-1-204 - Dina Blaes 3. Resolution No. 26-04 A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF TAYLORSVILLE CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN INTERGRATED REDEVELOPMENT TRANSACTION FOR THE SOLSTICE AT 54TH DEVELOPMENT - Dina Blaes OTHER BUSINESS ADJOURNMENT Dated this 1st day of October 2026 I, Brittany Kempff, do hereby certify that I am the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Deputy City Recorder for the City of Taylorsville, State of Utah, and do further certify that a true and correct copy of the Redevelopment Agency of Taylorsville City Board Meeting Agenda was posted at the Taylorsville City Offices and in two other public places within the City of Taylorsville at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. I further certify that a public notice regarding the meeting referenced has been properly posted on the City's website at www.taylorsvilleut.gov and on the State Public Meeting Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Brittany Kempff, RDA Secretary In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Taylorsville will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting.
