PUBLIC NOTICE The Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows: ROLL CALL AGENDA 1. Presentation, Public Hearing, Discussion and Recommendation: Recommendation of the proposed amendments to Chapters 2, 8, and 16 of the Grantsville Land Use Ordinance to establish a new use for Advanced Technology and Data Infrastructure Center. 2. Presentation, Public Hearing, Discussion and Consideration: Consideration of a proposed Commercial Conditional Use Permit for Little Otters Washers, a wash-and-fold laundry service located at 647 E Main Street, in the Commercial Development District (C-D). 3. Presentation, Public Hearing, Discussion and Recommendation: Recommendation of a proposed General Plan Amendment for Parcel 01-069-0-0122 to change the land use designation from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential for Anderson Ranch Subdivision Phase 4E, located at the east end of Silver Spur Road. 4. Presentation, Public Hearing, Discussion and Recommendation: Recommendation of the proposed rezone for Parcel 01-069-0-0122, located approximately at the east end of Silver Spur Road, from R-1-21 to R-1-12 for Anderson Ranch Subdivision Phase 4E, resulting in approximately 15.12 acres being zoned R-1-12. 5. Presentation, Public Hearing, Discussion and Recommendation: Recommendation of the 1st amendment to the Master Development Agreement (MDA) for Canyon View Subdivision. 6. Approval of the minutes from the October 06, 2026 Planning Commission Regular Meeting. 7. Report from City Staff. 8. Open Forum for Planning Commissioners. 9. Report from City Council. 10. Adjourn.
