- Agenda Town of Leeds Planning Commission Wednesday, October 7, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 7:15 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leeds.utah.gov for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 5. Approval of Agenda/Minutes: a. Approval of Tonight's Agenda of October 7, 2026 b. Review and Possible Approval of Meeting Minutes of September 2, 2026 6. Announcements: a. Town Cookout at 6:30pm on Friday, October 16 in Peach Pit Pavilion b. Ghost Nights at 7:00pm on Friday & Saturday, October 23 & 24 at the Silver Reef Museum c. Leeds Trunk or Treat at 6:00pm on Saturday, October 31, in the LDS church parking lot 7. Staff Reports 8. Discussion Items: a. Discussion of Preliminary Plat for Silver Commons Phases 3-6 b. Continue to Discuss updates to Conditional Uses and Home Business Occupations. 9. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodation for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
