- NOTICE OF THE STANSBURY SERVICE AGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Stansbury Service Agency hereby gives notice of the Meeting of the Stansbury Service Agency Board of Directors, which shall be open to the public, to be held on Wednesday, October 7th, 2026, at 6:30 pm at the Clubhouse, 1 Country Club Dr. Ste 1, Stansbury Park, Utah. Board members may participate electronically. STANSBURY SERVICE AGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING AGENDA Date: Wednesday, October 7, 2026 Location: 1 Country Club Drive, STE 1, Stansbury Park, UT 84074 Time: 6:30 PM I. Call to Order II. Roll Call III. Pledge of Allegiance IV. Public Comments V. Review of Public Comments from Last Meeting VI. General Manager Updates: A. Operations B. Projects C. Finances VII. Discussion Items A. Jayme Blakesley Introduction. B. Discussion of the 2026 Amended Tentative Budget, 2027 Tentative Budget, and Tentative Fee Schedule. C. Review of new signage by the lake. D. Discussion of adding meetings for GM hiring. VIII. Action Items: A. 2026.10.01 A 1. Board Review and possible approval of September 23, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes. B. 2026.10.02 A 1. Board Review and possible approval of September 29, 2026, Planning Meeting Minutes. C. 2026.10.03 A 1. Board Discussion and possible decision on removing or replacing playground at Village Park and Galley Park. D. 2026.10.04 A 1.
