- Notice is hereby given that Milford City Council and Milford City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a joint work session Monday, September 28, 2026 at 6 pm to review and discuss proposed Ordinance 2026-06, relating to Data Centers, Energy Storage Facilities, and other related land uses addressed by the temporary land use moratorium (Ordinance 04-2026) adopted by Milford City Council on June 16, 2026. Discussion may include proposed definitions, permitted and prohibited uses, zoning and development standards, utility and infrastructure requirements, and potential revisions to the proposed ordinance. Dated this 23rd day of September, 2026.
