- CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Tuesday, October 6th, 2026 Work Session - 6:00 p.m. Regular Session - 7:00 p.m. Zoom link Notice is given that the Farmington City Council will hold a regular meeting and a work session on the above date at City Hall 160 South Main, Farmington, Utah. A work session will be held at 6:00 pm in Conference Room 3 followed by the regular session at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers. See the above Zoom link to listen to the regular meeting live and to comment electronically. If you wish to email a comment for any of the listed public hearings, you may do so to dcarlile@farmington.utah.gov WORK SESSION - 6:00 p.m. - Discussion regarding roosters in Farmington - Mayor Anderson & City Council Reports CLOSED SESSION - Minute motion adjourning to closed session, for reasons permitted by law. REGULAR SESSION - 7:00 p.m. CALL TO ORDER: - Invocation - Roger Child, Councilmember - Pledge of Allegiance - Amy Shumway, Councilmember PRESENTATION: - Farmington City in partnership with Hopebox Theater presents, 'The Blithe Spirit' PUBLIC HEARING: - 2nd Amendment to Farmington Meadows Conservation Easement and consideration of access easements across city property. BUSINESS: - Contracts to sell parcels 2885 and 2885B to UDOT for the widening of I-15 SUMMARY ACTION LIST: 1. Minutes approval for 09-15-26 2. Agreement for the Deferral of Certain Public Improvements at 1475 S 200 E GOVERNING BODY REPORTS: - City Manager Report - Mayor Anderson & City Council Reports ADJOURN CLOSED SESSION - Minute motion adjourning to closed session, for reasons permitted by law.
